Robert Hruzek over at middle zone musings posted a challenge to his fellow writers to go back over their blogs for the past year and pick out a post for each month that taught, challenged, inspired, etc. 

 At first I thought “That sounds like way too much work” to go back over a whole year of posts, but then I did that very thing because I wanted to add a category to my writings so that I could find a certain set of them easily. And I realized how much I have learned from blogging and from actually recording my thoughts.
